Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your login details and for all activity on your account.
• Galatea is a business tool for sellers. Please give accurate account information.

2. The service

• Galatea uses third-party AI models to generate product content from the photos and instructions you provide.
• AI output can be inaccurate. Check every result before you publish it, including how it shows your product and any claims in generated copy.
• We may change, add or remove models, tools and features. Generation times and availability are not guaranteed.

3. Plans, credits and billing

• Prices are shown in USD before any applicable taxes. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• Paid plans continue until they are cancelled or the paid period ends. If a plan is set up with automatic renewal, it renews at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Each output costs the number of credits shown before you run a job. Credits for failed jobs are returned automatically.
• Credits can only be used on Galatea. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

• You keep your rights in the photos and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to run the service for you.
• You must own or have permission to use everything you upload, including product photos, logos, trademarks and images of people.
• We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models.

5. Generated output

• Subject to these terms and the terms of our AI providers, you may use results as you wish. Paid plans include commercial use without a watermark; Free plan results are watermarked.
• Similar output may be generated for other users, and we cannot promise that output is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use it and for following each marketplace's rules.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Galatea to create, upload or promote:

• sexually explicit or adult content, or any sexualised content involving minors;
• counterfeit goods, or brand-name products you are not authorised to sell;
• images or videos that depict a real person without their consent, or that are designed to deceive;
• false or misleading product claims, including fake reviews, certifications, medical or safety claims;
• illegal, hateful, violent or harassing content, or anything that infringes another person's rights.

You must not try to bypass credits, limits or safety filters, or resell access to the service. We may refuse, remove or block content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and liability

• The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales or marketplace penalties.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using Galatea at any time. To close your account, email us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering the service with reasonable notice.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If you keep using Galatea after a change, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. Questions: support@cc888.ai.
