Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, store name and main marketplace.
• Content: product photos, brand details, prompts, generated results and support messages.
• Billing records: plans, orders, credits and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, sign-in records and usage logs.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and generate your results.
• To process payments, provide support and send service messages.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our terms.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploads or results to train AI models.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service:

• OpenAI and Google, which process your photos and prompts to generate results;
• Tencent Cloud, which stores uploaded and generated files;
• our hosting, email and payment providers;
• authorities or advisers, where the law requires it.

4. Where data is stored

• Our application servers are in Singapore.
• Uploaded and generated files are stored with Tencent Cloud in Singapore.
• AI providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves Singapore, we take steps to protect it as the PDPA requires.

5. File links

Files are served by direct link. Anyone who has the exact link to a file can open it, so share links with care and do not upload anything confidential.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. After it is closed, we delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or close your account and delete your data by emailing support@cc888.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide the service.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for sign-in and preferences such as theme. These are needed for the service to work.

9. Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, but no system is completely secure. We will post updates to this policy here.
